With Micronic 1.10ml sample storage tubes
The 1.10ml tube with external thread capped with a screw cap has the same height as a Micronic 1.40ml tube with internal thread capped with a push cap, making it the ideal tube for users that want to switch to an externally threaded screw cap tube. Using the external thread it eliminates the possibility of the sample coming into contact with the screw thread, minimizing chance of cross-contamination while improving sample integrity.
The triple thread of the 1.10ml tubes gives an excellent closure and horizontal placement of the cap to ensure long-term sample preservation and storage. The code surface of the tubes with external thread features a raised edge, which protects the 2D code against accidental scratches, ensuring absolute traceability.

The external thread improves sample safety (cross-contamination is minimized) while maximizing storage volume.
The black code surface cannot be separated from the transparent tube due to the patented 2K injection molding technique.
The 1,10ml tubes are standard available non-coded or with 2D Data-Matrix codes, the racks are 1D barcoded, and the codes are permanently laser-etched.
Resistant against chemical solvents, the tubes are produced in a class 7 clean room and are RNase/DNase and Pyrogen free.
